Refund Policy
- The prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from the BIOME office. Refund requests made verbally, through phone, email, or fax shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
- A Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted only with the original fee receipt and Identity Card, as per the fee refund table.
- If the student has paid the course fee in full and chooses to leave the course in the middle of the prescribed period after September 30th, the refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis after deducting GST.
- Days for refund eligibility will be calculated from the date of admission.
- Refunds will only be processed through online mode via NEFT to the parent’s or student’s account, as provided in the refund form.
- Refund rules remain the same even in the following cases:
- If a student joins later.
- If a student does not join or attend even a single class after depositing the fee.
Only Special Case for Refund
If a student is admitted in any government medical college (MBBS/BDS) in India after 30 days of taking admission at BIOME, a refund shall be made after deducting GST + 50% of the prescribed fee paid by the student.
- This refund policy is applicable only for Regular Classroom Courses.
- Refunds according to fee refund table for an academic session will be considered until 30th September.

- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director will be final and binding on all faculty members, students, parents, and business associates.
