FEE REFUND RULES

1. Fee Refund Policy
   • Fee will be refunded only as per the official Fee Refund Policy of the institute.
2. Application Procedure
   • * The prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from the BIOME Office.
   • * Refund requests made verbally, through phone, email, or fax will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Required Documents
   • The Refund Application Form in the prescribed format must be submitted along with the original fee receipt and Identity Card, as per the applicable refund table.
4. Pro-rata Refund (After September 30th)
   • If a student has paid the full course fee and chooses to withdraw from the course after September 30th, the refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis after deducting GST.
5. Refund Calculation Basis
   • The number of days for refund eligibility will be calculated from the date of admission.
6. Non-attendance or Late Joining
   • Refund rules remain the same even in the following cases:
   • * If a student joins later than the commencement date.
   • * If a student does not join or attend even a single class after depositing the fee.
7. Mode of Refund
   • Refunds will be processed only through online transfer (NEFT) to the parent’s or student’s account, as provided in the refund form.
8. Refund Applicability
   • * Refunds are applicable only on the course fee amount, i.e.,
   • * Refundable Fee = Total Fee – Scholarship (%)/Scholarship Amount achieved by the student.
9. Non-refundable Scholarships
   • Any extra scholarships or concessions personally granted by Director Sir or any member of BIOME Institute will not be eligible for refund.
10. Mandatory Deductions
    • * 18% GST will be deducted from the refundable amount.
    • * Deduction Slab: As per the Fee Refund Table, based on the date of admission and refund application date.
    • * Study Package Cost of ₹7,000 will be deducted (non-refundable).

SPECIAL CASE FOR REFUND

1. In the event that a student is admitted to any Government Medical College (MBBS/BDS) in India after 30 days of taking admission at BIOME, a refund shall be processed after deducting 18%GST, Study Package Cost and 50% of the prescribed fee paid by the student. However, the minimum total fee paid must be Rs 30,000 for the student to be eligible for any refund under this clause.
2. This refund policy shall be applicable only for Regular Classroom Courses.
3. Refund requests under this special provision will be considered until 30th September of the respective academic session.

FEE REFUND TABLE

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

1. For the Lakshya Batch, only those students who have paid a total fee of ₹30,000 shall be eligible for a refund. Students who have paid less than ₹30,000 shall not be entitled to any refund, as per the institute’s refund policy.
2. Students enrolled in AITS (Offline Test Series only) shall not be entitled to any refund, as this program is strictly non-refundable.
3. Students enrolled in Crash Courses or Short-Term Classroom Courses shall not be entitled to any refund, as these programs are non-refundable by nature.

NOTE:

• * All refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable GST (currently 18%), as the tax once paid to the Government is non-refundable to the Institute.
• * In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director will be final and binding on all faculty members, students, parents, and business associates.
• * All legal matters are subject to Ranchi (Jharkhand) jurisdiction only.
